Can’t live without this!
Sampled this salt when I discovered it in a friend's pantry. They forgot they had it. Rubbed it on fresh ahi, seared it- everyone was in Heaven. So I bought my own big jar!
Good things keep appearing from Mark at the MEADOW and this is another winner. Will be on my Christmas gift list, some extra for ME so I don’t ever run out.
the fleur de hell always seems damp when we get it- my husband dumps it all out in a pan and lets it sit a day or 2 to "dry out". love the flavor-
