Order Processing Time

Most orders ship from our shop in Portland, Oregon within 2-3 business days of receipt. Many are shipping sooner than that! We put a complimentary sweet bite in every order :-)

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Since we cannot be responsible for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen, we highly recommend selecting a delivery address that you trust.
