Our flavored and infused salts are made in ten-pound batches by the gals at The Meadow every week. (Small enough to taste as we go, large enough to fill four shops and a very loyal mailing list!) When a batch runs low, we make another. That's our whole supply chain.

Every 1lb box is packed to order and shipped the same day you order it. Every Thursday, our shops in Portland and New York City get a delivery of made-to-order salt.
