Return Policy

We want to make you happy!

If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, your items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase (in shop orders) or receipt of shipment (online orders). Please note all sales are final on the following items due to health and safety regulations:

  • Chocolate bars
  • Caramel sauces & drinking chocolates
  • Anything perishable or otherwise edible (chips, caramel corn, nuts, etc.)

Refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted on the following items:

  • Salt and salt sets, if not tampered with or used
  • Salt blocks, bowls, shot glasses, and dishes, broken or otherwise
  • Books, in good condition
  • Bitters and cocktail syrups, if tamper seal intact

Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded to the giftee in the form of an online or in-store credit. Gift cards are non-refundable.


To return item(s), please follow the instructions below:

  • Send back your item(s) to The Meadow along with the packing slip that accompanied your order. Please note The Meadow does not currently pay for return shipping.
  • Note the reason for the return on the packing slip.
  • Ship the package with your item(s) to the following address:

Once your return is received, the item(s) will be inspected for defects or damage. Returned items must be in good, sellable condition to qualify for a refund.

A refund will be issued in the amount of the returned (items) in the original form of payment to the original customer within 3-4 business days, less shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded. You will be notified via email when your refund is processed.

Incorrect, Defective or Damaged Items

If you were shipped the wrong item, your items are defective, or your merchandise was damaged in transit, please save the original packaging and contact our Customer Service Team at with the following information:

  • Subject line Help for TM#XXXXXX
  • Photo(s) of incorrect, defective or damaged product(s)
  • Contact number  

Once your email has been received, we will work with you to get a replacement item ASAP. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace your item(s) without photo documenting the wrong, damaged or defective product. Please do not throw away your wrong, damaged, or defective item without first notifying us. After evaluating your incorrect, damaged or defective product, we will ship a replacement item. You will be notified via email when your replacement is shipped.
