A recent letter

I ordered a mystery box to share with my partner on our recent kinda vacation... I love how it was wrapped simply with brown paper and tied with twine...

Overall satisfied

This was a great way for us to sample various salts from throughout the world. Shipping took longer and some jars didn't have the nice Bitterman label. But overall, we were pretty satisfied and would definitely recommend for anyone looking to sample salts from around the world.

Marvelous cornocopia of salts.....

It is an exciting box to open... and a little more information and context for each would be especially appreciated. It's a dazzling array of salts and I admit to being at a loss of how to begin the sampling.... Really appreciate the effort and the marvelous selection, but there is a sense that there is an opportunity lost to convey some information.....for instance, as Mark is a selmelier, does he recommend pairings or spectrum tasting of particular clusters of that which he sent?
