Sun-evaporated fleur de sel is harvested by hand and then craftily infused with pure organic garlic. Sprinkle on pasta, popcorn, and scalloped potatoes, or sautéed squash, green beans or broccoli. Mash into unsalted butter for other-worldly garlic bread. Use as a topping for everything from pizza to tomato salad, or in sauces from béchamel to bolognese.

Very Flavorful!

This is the third time that I've purchased this salt. The little jar lasts a long time because you only need a pinch. I put it on all types of food to add an oomph of flavor. Then it's fun to lick my finger and get the spicy kick!
