Sprinkle of Umami Cheesy Righteousness
A mercilessly addicting topping for tuna sandwiches, popcorn, smashed potatoes, any manner of chips and dip.
White and yellow cheddar cheeses cold-smoked with mesquite wood, then tossed with crunchy crystals of fleur de sel.
Ingredients: Bitterman's Fine Traditional sea salt, cheese powder, cheddar cheese (cultured milk, salt, enzymes), onion, smoked paprika, black pepper, mustard. Contains milk.
The cheese flavor is very subtle. I find I have to use more to taste it, but then the popcorn is too salty. That’s my fault, because it’s salt, not cheese flavoring. The glass jar it comes in is very nice and I’ll definitely reuse it. So far my favorite salts are the baking and boiling ones.
This is my all time favorite salt to use on popcorn. I ran out week 1 of quarantine so I had to buy more. I accidentally bought a much bigger size than I had intended, but I'm not mad about it!
This is a delicious salt. Makes plain popcorn into a gourmet treat and it’s delicious on baked potatoes.
