Ordered the 2lb bag because where else can you get fleur der sel for that price? I found Bitterman's book in the library around 6 years ago and was fascinated by both his in depth knowledge of the subject matter and his engaging and descriptive writing style. Anywho, the salt is really nice. A great substitute for kosher salt since it has some bigger-but-not-too-big crystals in it.
