100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Blera, Italy
Silky, bold extra virgin olive oil with a big peppery finish. Made from local, late-harvest 100% Caninese olives. Excellent for sautés and sauces, yet versatile enough to be used as a finishing touch on everything from fresh bruschetta, to grilled fish, pastas and bread warm from the oven.
The Meadow Balsamic Aged Vinegar from Italy
A pantry staple! Sweet, juicy and slightly acidic with a full bodied, yet balanced flavor. USDA-certified organic Lambrusco and Trebbiano grape musts and wine vinegar. Drizzle generously over grilled meats, like skirt steak and roasted chicken. Use as a topping, with our extra virgin olive oil, for chopped tomatoes, garlic and basil. Or spoon this balsamic vinegar over macerated strawberries. Jill uses this exclusively to make her special balsamic glaze!

Bitterman's Flake Sea Salt from New Zealand
Our favorite flake salt for all purpose sprinkling and finishing! This salt is the snow of the sea, with a soft, crispy texture and a salinity so other-worldly it will transport any dish it touches. This salt loves spring and summer. Gently scatter the flakes on lightly dressed green salads, raw or freshly grilled vegetables, fish and other seafoods.
Black Diamond Flake Sea Salt
Black Diamond is a Mediterranean flake salt that is thoroughly suffused with activated charcoal. The activated charcoal, a natural detoxifier that has health benefits in small doses, gives Black Diamond a deep, dark obsidian luster and a distinctly earthy taste of carbon.
