I can’t live without Halen Mon Gold salt for omelets and other egg dishes and the Silver is a great addition. Very clean, clear taste. Excellent on fresh tomatoes. I recommend.

When I first saw this on your site, I first checked out the Halen Môn website. After reading all about their company and how they produce their salt--amongst other things, I then was convinced I had to try it. I LOVE it. Great taste. Great crunch. Another new favorite. Maybe Halen Môn to finish darker dishes and Black Diamond the lighter ones--or both 🤔?
Marc, yes! You are speaking my language. Halen Môn for dark dishes, like salads, roast meats, salmon. Black Diamond (a Cypriot salt!) for all manner of eggs (deviled eggs, scrambled, fried) or breads, biscuits, soups. Be well, Mark, Owner
