Beluga Lentils - From Montana

These tiny, dark lentils are named for the caviar that they famously resemble. These lentils hold their shape and have a great texture, and are packed with protein. Great for soups, salads, our just on their own!

Cover lentils with water and add a bay leaf, bring to boil, reduce to simmer for 20-25 min until al dente.
