Bitterman's Tsushima No Moshio - the earliest known sea salt produced by the Japanese. Round and rich in flavor and an extraordinary quality of umami, that comes from the unique techniques used in its production. From Noto Peninsula, Ishikawa, Japan.

Haku Smoked Shoyu - A true craft shoyu, and dare we say... a modern pantry staple. Naturally-fermented shoyu is cold-smoked using Mizunara hardwood, then aged for six months. The Japanese oak used to smoke this soy sauce lends a rich, robust, umami rich smoked flavor. Made in Kyoto, Japan.

Yuzu Kosho - a spicy Japanese rub made from yuzu zest, and also blending green chili peppers, and salt. This little jar will continue to amaze you dish after fabulous dish. Made in Japan.

Namikura Sesame Miso Paste -a traditional lighter style miso that is exciting and versatile and can be used across a multitude of cuisines and applications. Made in Japan.
