Icelandic Flake Sea Salt
The only was it didn't have a label on it like the photo. It was hand written, which seemed odd. Otherwise. I love the salts.
I have several of the salts form The Meadow, and this is very nice. I saw the recipe for the biscuits with this salt sprinkled on top and decided to try it. It will also work well with oatmeal cookies with this salt on top. I also tried it on baked potato and on eggs. . . . very fine indeed . . .
This is a wonderful salt with subtle flavor and extra richness. The best for soup, sauces & makes wonderful flavored gravy.
