Dolfin 70% Dark Chocolate with Guerande Fleur de Sel

Dolfin 70% Dark Chocolate with Guérande Salt pairs rich Belgian dark chocolate with delicate sea salt harvested from the Guérande region of France. The deep cocoa character is balanced by subtle bursts of salt, enhancing the chocolate’s complexity without overwhelming its bittersweet profile. Enjoy it on its own, alongside coffee or espresso, or as an elegant addition to a dessert and chocolate tasting.

Dolfin is a traditional Chocolatier founded in 1989 and based in Wauthier Braine, Belgium. They are known for the quality of the ingredients used to infuse the chocolate, which is characterized by a round smoothness. The Dolfin chocolate bar's quality is assured by sealing the chocolate in its own specially wrapped wallet.
