These are great for nibbling and getting a combo of a delicious cherry hit with some smooth dark chocolate. The Meadow has been a great source for happy-making chocolate for me for many years.
Martha! We love this so much! Cherries and chocolate are a match made in heaven. So glad we're your happy chocolate destination.
When I recently visited Portland to see my grown kids, I came into your shop and purchased the salt block cookbook combination along with chocolate covered cherries. My husband loved both of them and can’t wait to try the recipes for the salt block! Thank you.

What started as a stocking stuffer for my wife for Christmas turned into a fun evening event tasting a great mix of chocolates from around the world. While we have our favorites the amongst the offering, each bar had its own qualities and distinction to make each taste along the flight enjoyable. And it is proof a vegan alternate is not a sacrifice. In fact it may be superior!
My partner is the chef of our household and couldn't stop talking about how good this was. We used it in a homemade dressing for a southwest chicken salad and it was delicious!
Smaller flaked Fleur de Sel compared to Maldon salt which I normally use on my cookies. Yet still adds a nice touch of sweet-savory balance to cookies which may be a little too sweet for some to consume. I added this to top off my hazelnut Gianduja (sweet milk chocolate) cookies before baking.
I sprinkled the chocolate salt over my Belgian chocolate shard cookies and it upped my cookie game! Unique component to add to my baking repertoire.
White chocolate gets a lot of hate but this bar will change your mind. The creaminess mixed with the tart lemon and the zing of the sea salt will blow your mind. New favorite bar.
Simply put…It’s great! I need more greens, so why not my salt too?! I let a little of it dry out and added it to my salt grinder. Tastes wonderful and everyone could use more green in their life! ;)
This salt is amazing, the flavor is very mildly smoky and brings out flavors in food in unexpected ways. Perfect on fish and salads.
