Calma & Chicha Mussels in Pickled Sauce

Calma & Chicha is a Galician-style pickled mussel preserve born on Spain’s Atlantic coast, where time moves slowly and flavor is shaped by tradition. Made with carefully selected mussels from the Galician rías, plump and full of character, they are prepared using a refined recipe that balances vinegar, oil, and spices to create a smooth, aromatic, and elegant escabeche. Each tin is an invitation to pause and enjoy: the authentic taste of Galicia’s sea, artisanal preserving know-how, and a flavor that speaks of calm, conversation, and shared moments. Calma & Chicha is not just a preserve it’s a small gastronomic ritual that turns simplicity into something truly special.
