Bitterman's Classic Sea Salt™

A workhorse of a salt, Bitterman's Classic Sea Salt is a great replacement for your standard table salt anytime you need even distribution and easy dissolution. Made by grinding up Bitterman's Fleur de Sel, this salt maintains the fleur de sel's moisture content, while its small grain size ensures that the salt will spread evenly throughout the dish.

Best in homemade bread, in meat rubs, on vegetables for roasting, and dissolved in soup broths or pasta water.

    I prefer the fine crystal salt for baking biscuits and breads. Some friends do not like biting into a big salt crystal. They think it is something foreign not for consumption.

    Really great basic salt

    This is the salt I reach for on a daily basis. Ground finer so it dissolves more quickly.
