    I ordered a Mystery Happy Hour box for my father's birthday and I chose the Manhattan option. I clearly stated in the instructions that my father is ALLERGIC to chocolate but they didn't listen and sent my dad chocolate bitters as well as a cocktail recipe card that included the chocolate bitters. I'm really disappointed in this. What was nice about the box was that it came with caramels which my father loves and also the popcorn and the salts. I'm not sure I'll use the service again since the allergy was ignored. :(

    Received items I noted I was allergic to

    In the notes section at check out I stated I was allergic to nuts & peanuts, and also asked for a note to be put on the card. My message wasn’t included on the card, which was a minor annoyance, but then I bit into an unmarked chocolate and tasted hazelnut. I wrote them an email about my experience, and was told that no notes were included with my order. I now see that there are at least two other reviewers who mentioned problems with their notes not being followed, including someone else with allergies. Maybe it is a computer/tech problem, but they’ve already been put on notice about it and it’s still happening.
