Bitterman's Sel Gris - Bold, moist mineral rich salt with balanced taste for steaks, roasts, beans, brines, pasta water. The ultimate salt for all-purpose cooking, and a great replacement for commercial kosher salts. From France!

Bitterman's Flake - Snowflake-like crystals with a crispy texture and a salinity so other-worldly it will transport any dish it touches. Think anything fresh: salads, veggies from the garden, fish. From New Zealand!

Perfect

This salt kit was exactly what I was looking for. I eat a very low carb lifestyle. I don't get some of the minerals I would normally get from eating a more varied diet. These salts will give me a variety of minerals. The shipping was excellent and the packaging was top notch. When you open the box the presentation is very nice. The corked bottles are super nice and I will find uses for them after I use the salt. The salts are an exquisite experience. I like experiencing foods from around the world. Each salt has a distinct flavor. I love the different colors and textures of each. I like them so much I did not need much convincing to go ahead and sign up for the salt club. I can't wait to receive all the salts they offer. Very high quality

Great Gift

I sent the glass jar sampler set to a friend as a birthday gift. She and her whole family were thrilled and used the salts right away. They like them so much the other members of the family are planning on buying a set for themselves and their friends. It was a delightful surprise for her and her family and enjoyed more than anything else we sent her. I will send this gift again. I first purchased a salt starter kit as a souvenir while visiting Portland. Now I order them to keep on hand as last-minute hostess gifts! These are so fun to use as tasting salt on popcorn or for an adventurous twist while cooking or baking. 10/10 recommend, you’ll love this!

Weird and good

I'm eating this one as I write. I really like nearly everything about this combo - the caraway is nice, the garlic, onion, and general saltiness is great, and it really tastes like everything bagel! I'm sure the % of chocolate was tested and there's a reason why it's 52% milk chocolate. In my opinion, it could have been a little darker; I think something just a little more bittersweet would have balanced out the savory flavors nicely. That said, the milk chocolate here is still really good.

My dad was really thrown off by the caraway and didn't like the experience. To each their own, haha.

The best paprika we've ever had!

My partner is the chef of our household and couldn't stop talking about how good this was. We used it in a homemade dressing for a southwest chicken salad and it was delicious!
