These beans from Hacienda Victoria, Ecuador, have low acidity and a smooth, strong cocoa flavour. we roast the beans lightly to protect the dried fruit and nutty notes, adding a hint of vanilla for sweetness. 

All our chocolate is made using directly traded, traceable and slave free cocoa beans from the first carbon neutral cocoa farm Hacienda Victoria. 

Their process uses minimal ingredients and is focused on preserving the natural flavors within the cacao to create a chocolate with a true cacao flavor, a flavor lost in industrialized processing.
