Love the flavors! Still working to try them all in a cocktail but they are fun to try.

The lemon bitters is pretty so-so and the lavender is fantastic for what it is... but very strong.

The cardamom bitters are outstanding. It's liquid cardamom, a cool product to have on hand and I thought it added a lot to the various beverages I put it in. You can use it to replicate the taste of Middle Eastern cardamom coffee on a per-cup basis.

The standout offering was the Orelans-style bitters. They're clearly emulating Peychaud's, but it's way better than Peychaud's. Much stronger anise finish, and doesn't taste cheap like Peychaud's. I will seek out a full-size bottle of the Orleans bitters I liked it that much.

I arrived at my hotel in NYC and was told I had a package and a “gift bag” waiting for me. Imagine my surprise when I discovered the gift was my order from the Meadow. It was a delight. Thank you.
