You must try the salt on tomatoes!
The pinot noir salt was used as a finishing over a block of Feta cheese that was served with a fig jam spread. Not only pretty & unique, it added a hint of the pinot noir taste & a delightful color. The salt helped make the dish stand out in several ways.
Great wine flavor but still salty!
