Bitterman's Sel Gris - Bold, moist mineral rich salt with balanced taste for steaks, roasts, beans, brines, pasta water. The ultimate salt for all-purpose cooking, and a great replacement for commercial kosher salts. From France!

Bitterman's Flake - Snowflake-like crystals with a crispy texture and a salinity so other-worldly it will transport any dish it touches. Think anything fresh: salads, veggies from the garden, fish. From New Zealand!

Perfect

This salt kit was exactly what I was looking for. I eat a very low carb lifestyle. I don't get some of the minerals I would normally get from eating a more varied diet. These salts will give me a variety of minerals. The shipping was excellent and the packaging was top notch. When you open the box the presentation is very nice. The corked bottles are super nice and I will find uses for them after I use the salt. The salts are an exquisite experience. I like experiencing foods from around the world. Each salt has a distinct flavor. I love the different colors and textures of each. I like them so much I did not need much convincing to go ahead and sign up for the salt club. I can't wait to receive all the salts they offer. Very high quality

Great Gift

I sent the glass jar sampler set to a friend as a birthday gift. She and her whole family were thrilled and used the salts right away. They like them so much the other members of the family are planning on buying a set for themselves and their friends. It was a delightful surprise for her and her family and enjoyed more than anything else we sent her. I will send this gift again. It gives others a change to experience the delights of the Meadow products and is easily used.

I first purchased a salt starter kit as a souvenir while visiting Portland. Now I order them to keep on hand as last-minute hostess gifts! These are so fun to use as tasting salt on popcorn or for an adventurous twist while cooking or baking. 10/10 recommend, you’ll love this!

Nice product but

I like the salt beginner set. My only complaint would be that I had paid for two day shipping and my package took two weeks to arrive.

Great gift

The staff at the Meadow were so helpful and knowledgeable. Got this as a gift for a friend but was very tempted to keep it :) She loved the variety.
