Saffron Salt

Saffron Salt came in clumps and didn’t taste fresh.but stale will not order from this source again.

I have been ordering the saffron salt from The Meadow for some years now. I use it mainly for fish dishes and it gives the fish an amazing taste. When preparing the dish, you should not add additional salt.
Saffron by itself is not cheap. However, The Meadow sells high quality saffron salt for a reasonable price.
Delivery goes fast, even for east coast destinations. The staff always add a short note and their name to the order as well as a Belgian chocolate, a truly nice gesture.

This salt is not as versatile as some, but is the perfect touch of flavor for just the right dish. It’s actually quite fun to experiment with. Would you guess it’s great sprinkled on pistachio gelato? IMHO, the Saffron Salt is absolutely wonderful.

The flavors and quality of the salts are amazing. The black truffle and the saffron salts are particularly delicious. Will be ordering from here regularly.
