All of La Narval's seafood is selected by size and carefully follow a meticulous cleaning process to remove all the sand. They wash the scallops in special machine up to 6 times. Their scallops, from the famous Rías Gallegas, are then prepared in a typical Galician sauce with tomato, oil, onion and spices.
I paid extra for gift wrapping and was a little bit disappointed that the wrapping was just a ribbon tied around the cardboard box.

I live in Florida and they were shipped with an ice pack that was melted also so they are not chips but a lump of chocolate
