La Narval Galician Scallops in Vieira Sauce
All of La Narval's seafood is selected by size and carefully follow a meticulous cleaning process to remove all the sand. They wash the scallops in special machine up to 6 times. Their scallops, from the famous Rías Gallegas, are then prepared in a typical Galician sauce with tomato, oil, onion and spices.
