Bitterman's Salt & Pepper Salt

Title

Kind of obvious, isn't it?

But so often the most obvious things are the most wonderful. Open a jar, breathe in the resinous, citrusy, bold aroma, and sprinkle your way to some mighty amazing flavor.

Hand harvested fleur de sel is carefully infused with fresh-cracked organic tellicherry peppercorns to create a fusion reaction of flavor far bigger than the sum of its parts. Use wherever big bold flavor is required. Rub on grilled steak, and then add more at the table. Mix into hamburgers or home-made party mix. Sprinkle over avocado toasts, hard cheese, shrimp skewers, or pasta carbonara. Rub on roast chicken, or stir into cheddar biscuits dough.

Ingredients: Sea salt, Tellicherry peppercorns

Made in Portland, Oregon!

The best secret ingredient

We use this salt and pepper combo every time we cook and it is spectacular at enhancing the flavors of the food. We also have a container on the table. We have used it for 2+ years!

Bitterman salt and Pepper

We love it. We keep it on our cooktop and on the table. Pepper has a great little bite. The salt tastes like nothing you’ve ever had. We are hooked!

This is my favorite seasoning, and I use it everyday! It’s perfect on eggs, veggies, avocado toast…. almost anything you would use salt on:-) Try it…. you’ll love it!

Addictive!

This is the most perfect blend for flavoring almost any food - whether finishing or simmering. I carry a tin in my bag at all times because typical table salt/pepper just isn’t good enough anymore & frequently gift it to friends. It’s truly addicting!
