Made with organic cacao that is grown by a network of Mayan farmers in the Toledo district of Belize. This chocolate has an incredible balance of fruity, earthy, and nutty flavors as a result of the complex genetic makeup of the growing region.
Flavor Notes: Dried figs, cherry, subtle tobacco.

I like this chocolate. When you first bite it, it has notes of cherry/fig but the after taste is tobacco-y. Slightly bitter at the very very end. Not a fan of the tobacco after taste, but it’s still an overall good chocolate.
Strong with enough sweetness to not be bitter. So good.
