For this Dominican Republic bar, Crow & Moss uses organic, direct-trade beans from Dr. Charles Kerchner's 1,019 acre bird sanctuary in the mountainous Reserva Zorzal, where the beans are grown, dried and fermented with meticulous attention to detail. The chocolate is a bold explosion of fruity sweetness with a well rounded finish.

This bar features perfectly bite sized pieces. A little goes a long way! It has a soft bite that reveals a rich creamy texture allowing the caramel tobacco flavors to melt in your mouth. I found a moment of bourbon in the end notes. A perfect cacao to sugar ratio, I would buy it again.
