The ideal pasta for classic southern Italian pasta dishes - think veggie cavatelli, or a pasta with shrimp, cuttlefish, garlic, olive oil, tomato and parsley. Try it simply with broccoli and chili flakes, or a homemade pork ragu for Sunday supper. Cavatelli translates to "little hollows" - an ideal pasta for sopping up the sauce! Not only is this fun eating, it's delicious to boot.
Cook for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente.
