To describe Mark Bitterman as an artisanal salt evangelist is the equivalent of describing the sun as a bright object in the sky. Bitterman’s book, Salted: A Manifesto on the World’s Most Essential Mineral, is a 300 page hardcover tome that is considered an authoritative, and comprehensive guide to the world of artisan salt.
These are great for nibbling and getting a combo of a delicious cherry hit with some smooth dark chocolate. The Meadow has been a great source for happy-making chocolate for me for many years.

I really can't say much about this set other than it was beautifully designed and packaged. It was a gift for my future son-in-law and I think he will really enjoy it as they are Brooklyner's now! Everything was well wrapped and packaged and was received in excellent condition with a bit of chocolate and note from the packer! :). Will definitely purchase here again and look forward to visiting the brick and mortar store in NYC when I am there next.
