I'm eating this one as I write. I really like nearly everything about this combo - the caraway is nice, the garlic, onion, and general saltiness is great, and it really tastes like everything bagel! I'm sure the % of chocolate was tested and there's a reason why it's 52% milk chocolate. In my opinion, it could have been a little darker; I think something just a little more bittersweet would have balanced out the savory flavors nicely. That said, the milk chocolate here is still really good.
My dad was really thrown off by the caraway and didn't like the experience. To each their own, haha.
Gee! Thank you so much for this review. Our Everything Bagel Bar is definitely one of our more wacky Meadow creations for sure, and we love that you can appreciate it in all its uniqueness and weirdness.
My partner is the chef of our household and couldn't stop talking about how good this was. We used it in a homemade dressing for a southwest chicken salad and it was delicious!
