Dolfin is a traditional Chocolatier founded in 1989 and based in Wauthier Braine, Belgium. They are known for the quality of the ingredients used to infuse the chocolate, which is characterized by a round smoothness. The Dolfin chocolate bar's quality is assured by sealing the chocolate in its own specially wrapped wallet.

Ingredients: Chocolate liquor, sugar, ginger 1%, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin,  natural vanilla flavor. Cocoa solids 60% minimum. May contain traces of tree nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, brazil nuts, cashew nuts, macadamia nuts, pecan nuts, pine nuts, pistachios and walnuts), wheat, eggs, milk and sesame.
