Portland Bitters Project is a small batch line of bitters hand crafted in Portland, Oregon. This flavor was created in collaboration with Pitch Dark Chocolate, also of Portland, Oregon. These bitters are ideal in a Manhattan, Old Fashioned, or Mezcal Negroni.

Flavor Notes: Licorice, cacao nibs, vanilla.
