All 4 of these bars were absolutely delicious. The Madagascar bar was by far my favorite. A perfect balance between cocoa and sweetness for these 70% bars. The ribbon holding them together was adorable and minimal, which I loved.

I sent this chocolate along with cocoa mix and chocolate sauce to my daughter who lives in Portland. I had purchased some things from this store when I visited Portland a few years ago so I knew it was good. My daughter loved it and was very happy to get is right before Christmas as a treat.

The product was well presented with a cute ribbon and beautiful packaging. It is high quality chocolate and I had high hopes that I would love it but I found it too bitter even for a dark chocolate lover like myself. My husband however found it much more palatable and ate the rest.

I was not familiar with this product when I gave it as a thank you gift. It was a nice assortment of Cacao/chocolate bars, simply wrapped, cute. I was so surprised to receive a call to let me know how good it tasted. Win, win.....

Sent this as a gift to a friend with a soy allergy. She has enjoyed it thoroughly (she's good at savoring)!
