This masterful, robust extra virgin olive oil features flavors of artichoke heart and eucalyptus, and exhibits a long-lasting, pleasurable bitterness reminiscent of cardoons and mustard greens. It flaunts spectacular polyphenol fireworks, delivering a unique spicy experience all around your mouth, while leaving the palate completely clean.
