Chocolate Tasting Party

We purchased 6 bars for a chocolate tasting party and Ritual Madagascar 75% was one of them. The packaging was amazing with an origami pocket style outter wrapping which received rave reviews. Tasting notes were raspberry, citrus and peanut. I got the raspberry and citrus but not the peanut. We noted that the citrus was not a sweet juice taste, more of the bitter pithy part of the orange. More of a smooth tartness but still silky and smooth. Was one of my favorites of the 6 we tried. Recommended for those that love the tartness of raspberry and raspberry/chocolate combinations since that was very prevalent.
