La Chipotlera cultivates Mesoamerican products, giving a lot of importance to the cultural diversity of Mexico, 100% made with chilies. They are located in Navas de Oro, Segovia, a village near Puchero, where they have an organic vegetable garden with the only chipotle oven in Europe. They make things well done, really well done. They take care of the time of the land, the rhythms, slow and calm, and the hands. The elaboration, seriously.

The base is our 75% Peru bar, topped with smoked habanero and chipotle chilies, salt and dehydrated lime from NaturSnacks.
