In this bar, we chose to pair two beloved fruits of Peru: cacao and lucuma. By substituting lucuma in place of the animal products traditionally used in milk chocolate, we are supporting the economic vitality of agricultural communities abroad, and simultaneously reducing the environmental impacts of dairy farming. A rich, creamy, and smooth pairing with a distinctive, warm butterscotch flavor.
