100% Cacao = 100% Chocoholic: When I went to Vichada, Colombia I tried pure cacao, and discovered an inexplicable taste it was a bit bitter with fruity notes, it was delicious. This is why I recreated it for all of those cacao lovers and all of those adventurers that are willing to try this chocolate!
