We partnered with Steven Smith Teamaker to create a dreamy tea-infused chocolate bar.  Every cup of Smith begins with the gift of what if. It’s that feeling you have as a kid, when the world’s full of happy surprises. Trying fresh culinary ideas, trading notes with friends, pushing yourself through creative mashups with like-minded makers and mixologists, letting the lightning strike. And so, this bar was born...

This bar was made for tea lovers (of which there are many at The Meadow). Classic, well balanced 70% dark chocolate topped with Steven Smith Teamaker's Big Hibiscus tea and candied oranges. The cabernet of hibiscus teas. Luscious red hibiscus with Indian sarsaparilla, ginger, pink rose petals, and elderflowers from Europe. Deep red, complex, nuanced and caffeine free, this tea chocolate bar almost needs a corkscrew.

Feeling you get when you eat this bar: Equal parts sophistication and relaxation.
