A very original Haitian with a very light color offers us a magnificent milk chocolate with 65% cocoa. The aromas of this chocolate remind us of Caribbean fruits arriving in successive waves like the sea which protects and caresses the plantation. If you feel a hint of salt at the end of tasting, it is a memory left by the sea spray.
