This bar has been skillfully crafted from Trinitario beans sourced in Dong Nai province. This is a hilly inland area underlaid by volcanic rocks which help to support cacao plantations on both its low-lying slopes as well as in its valleys. Enhanced with a note of citrusy kumquat.
