You have to love a syrup that can be drizzled on goat cheese to replacing maple syrup on a waffle. It is sharp, piney and aromatic. Use it in cocktails in place of bitters. I tried it in a martini in place of vermouth…lovely!

I collect syrups — birch, maple, rose water, sumac... the like. Very nice add to the collection
