Wild-caught in the waters of the Eastern Atlantic and hand packed in Galicia in northern Spain, Matiz Sardines are considered one of the finest sardines available. These lightly smoked sardines packed in Spanish olive oil are plump and tender with a subtle smoked flavor. Enjoy fresh from the can, or on toast with crème fraiche and onion.
