This mustard is a thick yellowish-brown paste with a sharp taste made from the ground seeds of a mustard plant. Since 1934, Amora has been creating pleasures and traditions in French kitchens. This mustard has just the right amount of spice and bite, and a delicious texture that goes along with just about any food!

Ingredients: Water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt, citric acid.

Disappointed all jars received were out of code date

I do realized the product will be good for another two years But...

We did not anticipate that the expiration date would be 2 months later and have reached out to our vendor to remedy this on our end. What is magic? two clicks later, there it was : the tiniest store in Portland, The Meadow. the bit: Fanny Singer, Alice Water's daughter, sparked my curiosity during her effervescent NYTimes video lesson about modern Nicoise salad/herby ahi tuna with basil dressing and Urfa chile flakes over the top. What are Urfa chile flakes? I walked into an intentionally tiny space to find what i was looking for...RARE FLAVOR...RARE DISPLAY : pure essence of life's senses choreographed for my delight. I am a cook, not a narcissist. This creation of inviting me into their space to remember it for always, is now my choice for just what they've got.
