Garlic Salt for President!

Sun-evaporated fleur de sel is harvested by hand and then craftily infused with pure organic garlic. Sprinkle on pasta, popcorn, and scalloped potatoes, or sautéed squash, green beans or broccoli. Mash into unsalted butter for other-worldly garlic bread. Use as a topping for everything from pizza to tomato salad, or in sauces from b échamel to bolognese.

Hole in bag :(

There was a hole in the bag when my salt was delivered so it was all over the box and my counter when I opened it. I emailed customer service ten days ago and have heard nothing. Super bummed because I don’t really want spices from an open bag.

I'm thrilled with this product.
I never thought I would enjoy specialty salt, to me salt was salt.
Not any more!!

Roasted Garlic Salt

This is a truly wonderful product, not to be confused with your standard grocery store garlic salt. My first use of the garlic salt was in a compound butter to accompany some yeast rolls. Since then, I've used it in pasta dishes. I hope Meadow continues to make this.

Garlic salt was just ok.

It seemed like it was extra moist and I didn’t feel like it added much flavor.

I can’t live without it!

The truffle salt, of course. This weekend I brought it to an AirBnB with friends. And now they’re hooked on it too!
