But we've seen a renaissance since, with hundred of new artisans cropping up, making bars straight from the bean. Nowadays anyone can throw a bunch of chocolate up on a shelf. We remain focused on the fundamentals: quality, beauty, story, impact. Does the chocolate light up your mouth like a Christmas tree? Is it beautifully packaged. Do we love the inspiration, the dream, the love of the maker? Does buying this chocolate do something good for the world around us? Those are the bars, my friends, you'll find on our shelves.
