We teamed up with our new friends at Partners Coffee Roasters in Brooklyn, New York to create a coffee chocolate bar greater than the sum of its parts. Both the coffee and cacao used for this bar have a beautiful sweetness that compliment each other almost effortlessly.

Classic, well balanced 70% dark chocolate topped with lightly roasted "El Ramo" Colombian Coffee. El Ramo is a sourcing project that showcases the incredible quality and versatility of Colombian coffees. Meaning “the bouquet” in Spanish, it is composed of fresh, seasonal lots from our favorite relationships in the northern department of Antioquia. The result is a beautiful offering that is blended to maintain a stable flavor profile all year round. Partners Coffee Roasters works closely with their friends at Pergamino in the development of El Ramo, including lots from their own farms in Santa Bárbara and lots from their smallholder producer partners in the communities of Caicedo and Urrao. The coffee has a beautiful sweetness with notes of peach, fresh cream and vanilla matched with our classic dark chocolate.
