Mission Chocolate is a bean to bar chocolate maker based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Arcelia Gallardo the founder/maker has previously trained as a chocolatier, opened a chocolate shop in California, and also trained as a bean to bar maker at Dandelion Chocolate. Arcelia has taken strides to expand the bean to bar movement in Brazil, working with farmers on process, and also helped initiate the Association of Bean to Bar Brasil Makers.

Pure 100% no sugar bean to bar chocolate made with cocoa beans from the Bahia region in Brazil.
